Everything worked out pretty well. I had to do her spells separately becuase PcGen doesn't have Thorns, but that isn't a huge issue at all. My main concern was her familiar. When I auto created it via the "add familiar" button, her green sting scorpion had 88 hp and its AC was 21. This was all before I added any feats like improved familiar.
