Just More +45%: Deposit Bonus - Special Deal from Gainsy

1. This bonus is only applied to following types of trading accounts: STP Account «Classic»;
2. In order to participate in current program you have to make a request from your profile;
3. Bonus +45% is credited only after each deposit of the following types of Forex trading accounts: STP Account «Classic»;
4. You are able to take part in the program after each deposit of your trading account in the amount of not less than $100;
5. Bonus funds shall be credited after a client transfers his funds from his Personal account to his Trading account and applies for Bonus to be credited;
6. In case if a client transfers his funds to his Personal account and then transfers these funds back to his Trading account without withdrawing them, then in such a case Bonus ""Just More +45%"" funds will not be added to this amount of funds;
7. In case if a client does not withdraw his funds within 30 days since the moment the application for Bonuses crediting was sent under the condition that his Trading account balance is positive, a Client may apply for additional Bonus funds that are equal to 1% of current Balance under the condition that all the trading positions were closed at the moment the application was sent. These Bonuses are credited to Credit (1% in addition to Credit), as well as to Trading account Balance (1% in addition to Balance, these bonus funds are available for withdrawal). The application shall be sent via e-mail to fin@gainsy with attached previous month account statement;
8. Validity period of activated bonus program ""Just More +45%"": 3 months;
9. Bonus is applied only to trading accounts which were opened during the validity of this program;
10. Bonus funds credited under the program are not available for withdrawing under any circumstances and are completely the property of GAINSY company;
11. Bonus +45% is not credited on the same Forex trading account, if this account has been already credited with non-withdrawable bonuses under another bonus program;
12. GAINSY company reserves the right to require the client to provide additional documents proving his identity;
13. GAINSY company reserves the right to refuse bonus crediting without any explanations;
14. If client's trading account has a negative balance, and trading is led using only bonus funds, GAINSY company reserves the right to cancel bonus money without any explanations;
15. If a client leads unfair trading manipulations, GAINSY company has the right to cancel bonus money from the client's trading account at any time;
16. GAINSY company has the right to change unilaterally terms and conditions of this program or to stop it at any time without client’s prior notification. New conditions enter into force after their publication on the website gainsy.
